The Grove at Turtle Run

I’m so happy to be moving to this beautiful place! The entire staff was absolutely amazing, helping me navigate the process and making my move happen as quickly as possible. I want to thanks everyone for their kindness and encouragement throughout this journey—it truly made all the difference!!!!

John make me want to live there soooooo bad cuz he sooooooooo nice, sweet and patient …. I looooove his professionalism. He took me to a showing once and if I was a millionaire I’d buy the 2/2 right on spot cuz not only it was huge and beautiful but the way he described everything I had the urge to tell him… here John take all my money….
I love me a place where people make you feel like home and hoping to find my spot there someday 🙏🏼…..

Management treats the tenants and employees poorly. They will raise rents and steal your deposit. This place is ghetto and a terrible place to live…

I have been here for almost two years now. I wanted to wait until I have been here a while to give a review, otherwise it is simply guess work.
This place is beautiful and in a very safe area of town.  It is a gated community surroumded on three sides with water with fountains, two pools, hot tub, tennis courts, very well lit, full size gym and beautifully maintained and landscaped.  Very clean.
While here, I have gained friends with residents and the office staff.
One of the most impressive things is that the price that this place goes for is the best bang for the buck.  Looking around, no other property is as nice for the same price bracket. All of this and repairs are done incredibly friendly and fast.
I rarely write reviews about a property, but this one easily earned it.  As long as I live in the area, this is my home of choice.

Everyone is so helpful. Valerie was great and celicia. I know there are bad reviews about staff but it’s just people who don’t get approved. They have the best amenities. Maintence is fast and respectful. The gym and pool are awesome.

This community at the Grove is great for having to family getting to know neighbors it's nice quiet community. The Staff at the leasing office are awesome. They're very friendly very helpful willing to help you with anything you need at any given moment can't say enough good things about them again the community is really nice really kept up-to-date from the maintenance to the leasing office great place to live.

I was getting ready to come and view the place but the reviews just completely turned me off. sad because this place looked nice.
